These Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web sites of Ricoh and its affiliates, are subject to these Terms of Use.

This web site (the "Site") is created, owned, operated and maintained by or for RICOH PRINTING SYSTEMS AMERICA, INC. ("RICOH").

BY CLICKING, ACCESSING, OR USING ANY PART OF THE SITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE OVER EIGHTEEN YEARS OLD (OR THAT YOU OTHERWISE HAVE THE PERMISSION OF A PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO USE THE SITE), AND THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.   4. RICOH may change and/or alter the contents of the Site, or may suspend or discontinue the Services provided through the Site at any time without any prior notice. NEITHER RICOH NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY ALTERATION OR CHANGE OF THE CONTENTS OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

Other company names and product names used, quoted and/or referenced in the Site may be protected as their respective trade name, trademarks or registered trademarks.

The contents of Site, including, but not limited to text, graphics, and icons, are copyrighted materials owned or controlled by RICOH and contain RICOH or its affiliates’ names, trademarks, service marks, and trade names.
