3D Printing

About

3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, involves creating three-dimensional objects by depositing material layer by layer based on digital designs. It is used across various industries for prototyping, product development, customization, and production of complex geometries.

Sustainability

With 3D printing, we can step up our recycling game. Plastics, metals, and paper will become the “ink” used by printers, a process that uses less energy than conventional recycling. Additionally, by its very nature, 3D printing produces less waste than conventional manufacturing.

Products for 3D Printing

Why Gen4L MH2820

UV Curable Inks

Our inks are UV curable, ensuring durability and precision in every print.

High Viscosity Jetting

The print head is capable of jetting 11-13 mPa-s at 80°C, equivalent to 144 mPa-s at room temperature. This allows ink formulators to use high viscosity monomers, enhancing the mechanical properties of printed models.

Versatile Ink Handling

Our print head supports the use of multiple inks, not just for colors but also to achieve varied material properties. It can handle two different fluids simultaneously, offering versatility in your printing projects.

Efficient Large Model Printing

Printing large 3D models can be time-consuming, often taking hours or days. The MH2820 print head is designed to jet large drops reliably, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient printing of extensive models.

Robust Construction

Constructed entirely from metal, our print head is built to withstand accidental collisions with cured and hardened printed models, providing robust durability and reliability.
